Transformation process has supported my own journey

I was able to break through my own limiting believes, discover a new world of possibilities, the real purpose of my life and with courage embraced the new.

My first contact with NLP was in 2004, when I first learn how powerful our mind is and how we can take control of our lives.

With 15th years working in Corporate as an International Executive, leading project teams across the globe I was inspired to learn about the cultural differences, believes systems, motivations, and other factors that drive people and teams to achieve results and many times go beyond them.


The only limit that exist is the one we set to ourselves. In our own mind.

I am passionated about empowering people to live a better live, break through limiting believes, overcome fears and see that happiness is inside each of us. We just need to find it.

I believe self-empowerment can free us up and from there we all can create a better experience and a better world.

Each of us is UNIQUE, therefore during a session I will adjust the techniques approach to be use aiming to achieve the best results.

The Society of NLP is the largest and oldest NLP training body in the world. It was founded in 1979. It is recognised as the only licensed NLP certification body by NLP co-founder Dr Richard Bandler. NLP is an exciting, simple, yet powerful way to improve how you think, feel and behave.  It can positively affect how you communicate with yourself and the world around you. It can teach you how to remove negative beliefs and destructive mindsets to help you to become happier, healthier and more successful at whatever you do.



The Havening Techniques are a healing modality that is designed to help individuals overcome problems that are the consequence of traumatic encoding. The Havening Techniques belong to a larger group of methods called psychosensory therapies, which use sensory input to alter thought, mood, and behavior. The Havening Techniques are a system comprised of protocols and methods that uses touch as a therapeutic tool, which we call Havening Touch®. The Havening Techniques have three (3) distinct applications—the first is for emotional disturbances and encoded psychological trauma; the second is for wellness, stress management, and peak performance; and the third is a self-help tool. Therefore, The Havening Techniques can be used within a psychotherapeutic setting with professional mental health care clinicians who have been fully trained and certified in The Havening Techniques. In addition, The Havening Techniques can be used by non-licensed practitioners as a protocol for coaching sessions or as a tool in allied health care practice by individuals who have been fully trained and certified in The Havening Techniques. The Havening Techniques can also be used as a self-help technique and shared with family members and friends.



Just like the waking state and the sleeping state, there is a third state for people: hypnosis. Hypnosis is often described as an intermediate state between the sleeping and the waking state. But this does not always apply. There are very active states in hypnosis which the outside perceives as wide awake because a hypnotized person shows emotions, talks, maybe his/her eyes are open or the person moves around even though he/she is in a very deep state of hypnosis.

Problems that may arise, no matter which kind of problem it may be, always originate somewhere in the subconscious mind of people, except for external impacts such as an accident or a poisoning. In any way, sooner or later a person becomes aware of this problem in form of a symptom. But the symptom is only the sign on the outside that something has not been memorized correctly. The aim is, to find the trigger of this symptom in the subconscious mind with the help of hypnosis, to neutralize it and to restore the original natural state.
